The Service integrates data from third-party sources (including but not limited to airplanes.live, AISStream, CelesTrak, USGS, NASA EONET, OurAirports, and OpenFreeMap). We do not own or control this data, make no representations about its accuracy or completeness, and are not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of third-party data through the Service is subject to each provider's own terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KERNELSEC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KernelSec and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
